Project Description
BAKKOUR GROUP applies a precise, quality-driven manufacturing process to produce welded steel electrical towers that meet the highest standards of structural integrity, durability, and client satisfaction. Each tower is engineered and fabricated to comply with demanding mechanical and environmental performance standards for use in LV, MV, and HV power distribution networks.
The following outlines the key steps in our tower manufacturing process:
Steel Cutting:
- We begin by cutting high-grade steel sections according to project specifications. This step ensures that each component meets the exact shape and weight requirements for the tower types we produce.
- Production Range:
- 10-meter towers: A1 (258 kg), A2 (323 kg), H (328 kg)
- 12-meter towers: M1 (749 kg), M2 (702 kg), M3 (479 kg)
- 14-meter towers: M1 Biss (977 kg), M2 (902 kg), M3 (631 kg)
- 16-meter towers: M1 (1080 kg), M2 (1020 kg)
Welding:
- Full interior and exterior welding of joints using Manual Metal Arc (MMA) welding technique.
- Ensures structural integrity and resistance to environmental and mechanical stresses.
Cleaning:
- Post-welding cleaning to remove slag, spatter, and residues.
- Prepares the surface for optimal paint adhesion and a smooth finish.
Painting:
- Two-layer painting system: base primer for corrosion protection and finish paint (boya) for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
Delivery:
- Comprehensive quality control inspection conducted on all towers.
- Secure packing and preparation for delivery to client sites, ready for deployment and installation.
