BAKKOUR GROUP is proud to have successfully completed a turnkey 66kV high-voltage transmission line project in North Lebanon, delivered for Al-Sabaa Cement, also known as The National Cement of Lebanon. This project reflects our company’s commitment to high-performance infrastructure solutions and comprehensive service delivery.
Project Scope & Details:
- Location: North Lebanon
- Voltage Level: 66 kV
- Length of Line: 2 kilometers
- Number of Towers: 7
- Tower Height: Each tower stands at 45 meters
- Client: Al-Sabaa Cement (National Cement of Lebanon)
- Completion: Fully delivered and commissioned
BAKKOUR GROUP carried out the project from concept to commissioning, handling every stage of the process with precision and professionalism, including:
Engineering & Manufacturing:
- Design, cutting, and full welding of custom 45-meter electrical steel towers manufactured in-house to meet the highest standards of strength and reliability.
Logistics & Delivery:
- Safe and timely transport of the towers and materials to the project site in North Lebanon.
On-Site Installation:
- Erection of all 7 towers on challenging terrain using certified lifting techniques and alignment procedures.
Stringing & Commissioning:
- Installation and tensioning of aluminum conductors across the full 2-kilometer span, ensuring proper sag, clearance, and electrical performance.
